Therefore, we:

- Provide and maintain safe systems of work and emergency plans.
- Ensure employees are aware of their responsibilities, are involved and are properly trained.
- Collect, collate and disseminate information and experience.
To achieve this we have taken the following steps:
- The appointment of a CASHES Officer whose responsibility it is to ensure safe working practices, carry out regular inspections in the workshop and report any unsafe conditions noted and follow-up inspections to ensure that corrective actions are taken.
- The introduction of a CASHES Manual which describes in detail the Inherent dangers of our various production and site installation processes and the prevention of unsafe acts, condition processes.
- Selected personnel attend CASHES courses on a regular basis.
An outside consultant conducts comprehensive in-house CASHES courses on an annual basis.
Both factories maintain a clinic headed by a qualified nurse to attend to minor injuries and ailments and we have retained the services of outside hospitals in the vicinity of the factories premises for more serious cases.
Environmental audits are carried out by outside consultants to ensure that any pollution remains within acceptable norms.
