Dorman Long Group
This division provides a complete service from design engineering through procurement, to Manufacture & Fabrication, Installation & Construction, predominantly for the onshore and offshore Oil and Gas Industry, Construction, Power and Telecommunication Industries.

The division has: 

 

  • Full engineering design and drawing facilities.
  • Extensive Project Management department, providing project management teams for all types of project from simple civil construction contract to complex oil and gas industry installations.
  • Construction and installation teams and management
  • Full procurement services both local and overseas.
  • Full integration with the in house Dorman Long Fabrication Division, ensuring a total seamless operation.

Where required by the client, usually where Dorman Long’s element of a project is only part of a much larger project, the division is fully equipped and experience in working in conjunction with the client’s overall EPC company.

Dorman Long Engineering has successfully executed major EPIC works including onshore flow stations, major structural fabrication and erection, etc. and is currently working with key international engineering companies to provide turnkey lump sum services to our major Nigerian IOC clients. As the company continues its rapid development in an environment of significant opportunities in the region, it is increasingly engaging with global EPIC companies to provide comprehensive resources and experience ensuring a demonstrable capability is offered to our clients for forthcoming major projects.

In addition to the three major facilities we are currently operating from we have commenced the development program to design and build a bespoke fabrication and load out facility to cater for the medium and longer term opportunities in the Gulf of Guinea.
