Engineer Chris Ijeli is the Managing Director, of Dorman Long Engineering Limited.  He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Civil 1984) and a Master of Engineering Degree [Water, Wastewater and Environmental Health Engineering (Civil 1990)] from the University of Benin.

Has over 31 years of experience in Project Management, Sales Engineering, Contracting, Construction/Fabrication, and Project Support Services in the Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, and Allied industry Facilities. Has had varied working experiences in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction for Flowstations, Gas Compression/Gas Handling Plants in addition to Structural Steelworks Engineering/Fabrication and Installation, Pressure Vessel Engineering and Fabrication, Process Equipment Modularizing and Integration, Marine Structure Fabrication/Installation.

Member of the Delegation of National Content Development Consultative Forum of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation to Angola in 2003 and National Consultative Forum for Fabrication between 2005 and 2008 representing Dorman Long Engineering Limited.

A Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Project Management Institute, and American Association of Cost Engineers (International).

A registered Engineer by the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

An Alumnus of Dupree Institute of Project Management, Georgia Institute of Technology, U.S.A.

Also an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School (AMP18 and CEP24), Pan African University, Nigeria.
